Full Version: "Favourites" music sub-library

At the moment, Kodi has a program-wide "Favourites" feature. Movies, tv show episodes, songs, albums, artists, or even add-ons can be added to a flat list for easy access.

This is all well and good. However, I think another approach to favourites would be a particularly beneficial to those with a large music library. Songs, albums and artists could be marked as "favourites", and they would show up within a kind of sub library, which could be navigated just like the normal music library is navigated. The hierarchy (artist->album->song) would remain. The experience would be identical - all that differs is that the user is browsing a subset of the entire music library. This would be, in a perfect world, also queryable over the API, as to allow clients access to the functionality.
