This is happening on my Amazon FireTV, playing files over the network. I thought it was an issue with the wifi, so I now have it connected via ethernet cable. It's happening several times a day. The debug log is rather large, and there's just far too much text for me to figure it out. I copied it over just after it quit playing, so the error should be right at the end.
