As for the disable rating issue... the one thing I find a little annoying Wink, is when someone posts about a problem but then does not provide enough information to fix it so, I can't just post back that it has been taken care of but instead I have to ask questions that can possibly run through multiple posts Sad

What view would you like to hide the ratings for? The description for the setting I think you are talking about is for list views, so is it a list view?

If something isn't to your liking then help me out so I can help you out.

Sorry if previous comment bothered you. I just found out that it can be set via side menu now. Usually I set it via sking settings dialog and it was removed now. So I was confused at first but since I found where to set it now it's all right.

Also yes the hiding rating just affect only list view for TV Show episodes. Other view it was hide accordingly to settings.
Trying to a add a 'tv guide' section to the main menu but when i go to 'default select action' in the settings it doesnt show ivue tv guide on the list despite it being installed. Setting this up for a friend and had no trouble selecting it when i did mine. Any help?
Which files do I need to set up this fantastic skin? got it up and running but NO DISKART and NO Coloured ICONS, had it all running great on Windows but changed back to OpenElec after to many problems. I must have missed something!,its so damn frustrating when you have had it all up and running then have to do a re install and start all over again :-(

Just reset my openelec its usually on all the time and found out that the disc art and coloured icons appear when you press the i button to change the artwork on the folders etc, where before the icons were at the bottom of the screen (I use Showcase view) and when you scrolled the movies the folder opened and a disk appears from the right and is inserted into the folder and when it was a folder with 3-6 movies it opened and showed you all 6 disk art in the folder! is this a different version? or something to do with setup? I cant find any help with regards to this in the above link. Regards

This was just a suggestion to Mike. I have made the odd change to the skin and thought I would share a couple of those changes in case it is an improvement to what is already there.

This particular example is very minor, but I thought it was an improvement.

Changing anything in the skin would be up to Mike. I figured out how to fork the skin, however, so I can now send pull requests.
Hey Mike, great to see the latest updates wrapped up and on the repo for Isengard. I have to say I'm a little worried about applying the update though, only because of the still quite beta state of CinemaVision - glancing at their thread it doesn't seem quite ready for prime time, and Cinema Experience is working just fine for me, use it every time I watch a movie. Any chance you would consider offering continuing support for CE as an option, at the very least until CV is well out of beta?

Thanks for reading, and for all you do. Smile

Indeed it was not correctly labeled with the proper case Sad
Should hopefully be fixed now.

In the FAQ section 5 item 7 says check the view settings menu for each view cause there are quite a few options to set including mediaflags and the opencase mod. The opencase mod for sets requires skin.info.service.

Problem with hardcoding specific colors into the skin is I'd rather not force it on those that do not want it so I won't add this until I start working on adding color customization to labels. Still thinking of how to implement that and if it should be per view, mediatype, or just simply skin wide and add options for which labels should be customizable Huh

Hmmm... I had a feeling someone might have an issue with this and I am torn on whether or not I should include support for both.

Cinema Experience is a great script but it has not been updated in a long while and CinemaVision is releasing updates all the time and I have a feeling the beta will turn to a stable release very soon. The more users that use the beta and give feedback or provide logs will help the script get to a stable release even faster.
What kind of joke? Suddenly skin reboots and began in the style of Batman! I was very lucky that installed automatic backup and I was able to return the skin to the previous form. But the KODI still wants to upgrade to this kind of disgusting! Why do that?
PS: written using Google translator (I dont know english)
PSS: skin update 5.6.0-1.8.3
Totally understandable Mike. I suppose the easiest thing for me to do is to "fork" a snapshot of your skin on my machine by copying the skin directory and changing the addon ID, use that for my daily entertainment needs. Then I can let the original installation update and enjoy all the new features as well as playing with CinemaVision when the wife's busy elsewhere. Wink

You are obviously using Banned Add-ons (wiki) and repos since the helix version of the skin I release has not been updated since the 23rd of June.
I also have nothing to do with any Batman additions to the skin or any other mod so take it up with the people whose repo and skin mod you chose to install.
Ok, thx for answer
