Hi mate,
sorry for throttling about same issue again. Cant seem to find an answer that directly answers my question even though its linked with most topics. Since i like making own build and use. In that way i only put the addons i use regularly. But this time this bad boy is really freaking me out. I am stuck with the aeon nox silvo skin. Cant seem to add my own multi image background since unlike the aeon nox redux, the aeon nox silvo is not even giving me that option to go into my devices folders to pick the images from there. I read the comments from your discussions but again cant seem to go on. would u perhaps help out. Am i missing something or doing something wrong. I am tryin to set multi image background for my personal use...thnx bro

Add your folder as a source using file manager in kodi.
Warning: Don't get too close to your screen as this thing is going to pop up and might hit you!

Hey guys.
I am trying to make my own build using my laptop (Windows 10) with Kodi 16.0 Jarvis and am having trouble installing the Aeon Nox 5: Silvo skin. I tried the link in the first post and the one on GitHub but am still getting the error message that the dependency can't be satisfied. What does this mean and why isnt it working?
Thank you.

Have you tried adding the REPO :
http://www.mediafire.com/download/bkx4aq...-1.0.3.zip
and installing from there?

Hi ok try first doing a fresh start. Then go to your computer n clear cache. Then restart kodi n wait for it to updated the kodi addons first.
The go to this link.
http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=210069
There two files there. Choose the on labelled as jarvis n click to download. Go to your computer n save it somewhere u can get access to it frim within kodi.
Then go to kodi system, addons, install from zipfile n wait for it to install all dependencies first.... Hope it helps
I always used the Aeon Nox skin from Maniac, but since that didn't work on LibreElec 7.0.0 i changed to this skin. Now I seem to be having trouble with getting the 'live tv' as first choice after a reboot
I always used to change the order of the buttons from the skin settings. Now when i do that, it 'seems' to work, but after a reboot 'movies' is the first one. Changing the order again results in a rewrite of the menu and puts live tv first, but again after rebooting, movies is first.
Is there a specific setting where i can change this behavior?
You must put the live tv menu entry on the third position and then its the first one after reboot in the home menu
Hi,
I have searched through the thread and cannot find an answer to this problem, I want to remove
the weather/date/time from the right hand part of the screen above the main menu. This should be
customise furniture or something similar. Any ideas? Or is this impossible?
Thanks for everyone's brilliant work on this skin by the way
Thanks
Phil

Yes i know this should be the way to do it. And my live tv is indeed at the tirth position. When I hit back and the menu rebuilds, then it is indeed at the first position. But when I reboot the device, it is not first anymore. Movies has focus. When I go back to the settings, the live tv is still at the thirth position. After changing the order, and changing it back to the thirth position, the menu rebuilds and the circle starts all over again...
I have this behavior on both my NUC as my Pi2. Both running the same version, latest from 1.0.3 repro.

Hi there
I think u experiencing this because your original build work was done in a different skin n perhaps different firmware which means different command languages n perhaps shortcut commands. So i think u can easily sort this out by doing the editing on your present skin that you are using at the moment and then try to save or backup your work somewhere and then do a fresh start for kodi and then restore the backup you have done. In this way kodi will recognise your builld origin to be the present skin and settings of the back up data. Because anytime you reboot then kodi maybe tries bring in the command language of the former skin and thats why u get things mixed up again...I hope this helps...

Within the settings for Skin Shortcuts ('System' > 'Add-Ons' > 'Manage Dependencies' > 'Skin Shortcuts' on Jarvis - other Kodi versions may vary - and make sure to click 'OK' to save the changes) enable the option to 'Never hide PVR shortcuts'. My best guess is that the PVR add-on hasn't initialised when the home screen first displays, so the Live TV shortcuts aren't visible and so can't be focused.

I know you're doing your best to assist - and I would encourage you to keep doing so - but this post is misinformed. Backing up and restoring won't affect the Skin Shortcuts scripts menu's (the script that is responsible for managing the skins menus) -
unless done via this method, and then only to fix local-only shortcuts (such as playlists) and to move backgrounds to a different system. Nor will different firmwares, and there are no different shortcut commands on different systems (though there are some cases - such as the various power options - that will only work on certain systems). There's also no 'command language' of a former skin, excepting certain skins that provide 'hubs', for example, which won't affect any Kodi shortcuts such as Live TV - and the worst that will happen is they won't work. The Skin Shortcuts script is designed to share menu's between skins, and I'd like to think it generally does a pretty good job
Please don't take this negatively - your willingness to offer assistance indicates that you have the potential to be a huge asset to this community. Hopefully, the info I've provided gives you some more information on the Skin Shortcuts script (and skins that utilise it) so you can give more accurate assistance in the future and if you have any questions, please ask

Do you receive my message a week ago ? Hope so. What about those transifex ? We need to go there or we just can do as always (send to you string file) ?
Thanks.
I do not really check my PM's anymore, it has turned into something I do not wish to use any further
I would prefer you do everything through Transifex for two reasons. The first being it helps out the entire Kodi userbase and is easier to update for myself since it happens automatically every 5 days. That being said if you would like me to add it as before I can but I have no idea if it will be overridden in the future by myself, a copy/paste issue, or an update from Transifex.
No matter what you decide, I thank you for providing any translations

Dependency errors are important so they should not be overlooked. Builds are not recommended or supported in this thread, just customize the skin through the normal GUI interface. A
Debug log (wiki) should tell you the reason for the error so I recommend starting there.

Option does not currently exist and not sure if/when I will add it. Not opposed to the idea just not sure when I will remember to add it as an option.

You Sir Bob are much nicer than I... Out of blind, possibly bordering on irrational, hatred of builds, I would have handled that in a way unbecoming of a Gentleman...
Builds and Fresh Start are both trigger phrases to me

Thanks for your answer (to both of you), but since the proposed solution is not a solution, what else could I try. Live TV just doesn't want to be the first choice. But I want it to
