The old forum had topic "Title" like this one but it also had another line/field (called "Topic description" or something similar) where one could write an short explaination on what the topic is about, ex:

"SAMBA-Server built-into XBMC"
"(Share fonder/files from XBMC)"

vbulletin takes the first few hundred (i think its 200) characters, and turns it into a tooltip, instead of doing this.
