I have installed Gotham 13.2 on my Windows 8.1 machine and as soon as I launch it, I have no mouse control and the menus just keep flipping rapidly by themselves. I have to use Task Manager to kill XBMC. I have a friend with the same problem in Windows 7. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not solve the problem.
