Can anyone explain to me if it possible to watch films that I have saved into my XBMC favourites folder without being connected to the internet. Also some advise on how to download a film

If you are asking how to pirate movies, we will not help you per our forum rules (wiki). Yes, that is what you are asking. Yes, those add-ons you are using are for bootleg/pirate copies of movies.
