Hello, I have 3 xbmc clients that does no indexing on their own and use mysql for that. They are on 24/7, if you stand and just look at the main menu viewing last 5 movies or so, is there a function to call for updating that? To get kodi to re-read from mysql I need to fiddle around in the menus first, like go to latest added and then back.

There's a command to reload the skin. Maybe that could be triggered somehow when waking from a screen saver, even if it's a "dummy" screen saver that doesn't actually do anything.
