Anyone have any feedback how well Kodi works on Fire TV? Does the installation hack your Fire TV at all and can you easily get it back to factory if you don't like Kodi on it? I've read the instructions and it seems pretty straightforward. I'm wondering if everything works as it should including 3D and also how heavy skins work.

You're still limited to the typical android limitations, but other than that I think most people enjoy it.

As for installing kodi, you are basically sideloading the app like you would on any android device, so deleting the app is simple as well.

I'm not sure if you can use the "xbmc launcher" app to set kodi as the default launcher though.
