Hi,
I just installed Kodi 14 on an Android box, and created a Windows (read-only) share with guest access on a PC.
Kodi > Add Music...> Browse (source) > Add network location > SMB, Server name=192.168.1.111, Shared folder=music, Username=Guest > OK > I see all the folders in the share, and add it. But then Kodi prompts me for a username and password. The username is set as Guest, and there is no password, but it won't let me proceed.
I'm not sure what to do at this point, and puzzled since the details entered initially had already worked -- I was able to see all the folders in the share. Does Kodi not like blank passwords?
