Kodi 14 Dec 23 compile and T! 7.1.5 All skins are marked as incompatible.. ATM,
I got the missing dependencies message which led me to the incompatible situation.

if you just upgraded to Kodi 14, you need to force refresh the addon repo:
http://kodi.wiki/view/Add-on_manager#Force_refresh
