Hi

i use OpenELEC 5 with VNSI Client 1.9.22 and vdr-2.1.6
For some weeks, i have an epg issue when i use the VNSI pvr client.
Sometimes the epg in the livetv info osd is crazy for some channels. You can see the issue on this youtube video:

The problem seems to be random and not channel related. If i delete epg.data and reinitialize the Kodi epg database, the issue is gone for some channels but appears on another one.

additional information:
it worked fine in the past. Issue started some weeks ago.
Epg itself seems to be fine in VDR Live Web interface and in Kodi EPG Timeline/ChannelEPG
Issue is not related to the skin!
EPG is fine with xvdr pvr plugin.

Anyone here with the same issue?
I have the same issue on openelec 5 with vdr 2.1.6 and vnsi client.
any logs required?
why isn't this included in OpenELEC 5 -.-

i compiled newest version and will test it.
if anyone wants the 1.9.23 version, download it from here: http://www43.zippyshare.com/v/39178104/file.html
and copy the folder to /storage/.kodi/addons
will the version 1.9.23 merge into kodi stable ppa or any other ppa?
oe 5.0.1 same problem
vnsi version is still 1.9.22
latest version not merged right?

even in openelec 5.0.3 (Rpi2) we still have 1.9.22 with this annoying bug.

I PRd the relevant commit. As this fix was not PRd to helix branch, everybody has missed it. It should go into helix definitely.
I'm sorry, but the issue has not been fully solved by the above mentioned changes. Just compiled version 1.9.24 of the vnsi addon, but the shown starttime of the timeline counts down to 0:00, then starts at 23:59 again, counts down to 0:00 and so on.
you must be facing a different issue. starttime was never affected by the issue discussed here. it is a fixed value given by the egp tag. do you use skin confluence or any other?
Yes, Im using confluence. But it does not seem to be Kodi or confluence related because this issue does not appear when switching to xvdr or tvheadend addon.
do you observe this on every channel at every time?
Yes, it happens on every channel and at every time.
I can't reproduce here. could you make a short video of what you are observing?
