Is there some way to change style of subtitles?
For example change border of subtitles to 1px? Or change color to some which is not included in subtitle settings?

Is there some file to edit?

Nope, apparently not.

It's pretty easy to change SRT files to SSA or ASS. Download 'Subtitle Edit', go from there.
