When I try add a source kodi will not let me. I've try everything plz help

Please give us some more information about your situation. Where do you store your files, what filesystem/share do you use and what OS are you running Kodi on?
If you exit Kodi and try to access the source manually throught the OS, can you enter the share or does it asks for credentials?

Debug Log will be helpfull, too
