Ok I have 1 fire TV still on Gotham same as other fire tvs u have and fire stick. And 1 of them when I try to search the search screen comes up but I only have space, backspace, and the buttons down the left side I have no keyboard.
I have remote control sends keyboard presses checked.
Is it a faulty install or what?

Sounds like it's using Helix with a non-Helix skin.

Same skin aeon nox with 13.2 as all my others that's what weird

Are you using 7 icons, if so go back to 5 and you will be fine.
