Kodi Community Forum

I loaded Kodi onto my computer but when I go to network it says it is not connected although my browsers works fine and says it is connected. I am using Windows 8. It works fine on my other computer which uses Windows 7. Any help with this would be appreciated.

I have the same problem. Works on windows 7 but not 8. Here are a few other posts I am following hoping one leads to a solution.

As mentioned in one of those other threads, make sure Kodi has been allowed thru the windows firewall, or any other firewall you may have installed.
