So there is a deal today on newegg for a mobo cpu combo for 34 dollars, i was wondering if its good enough for setting up xbmc on openelec or xbmc on linux?
its a ASRock Q1900M Intel Quad-Core Celeron Processor J1900 Micro ATX Motherboard/CPU/VGA Combo $33.68 $.99

the mobo has an inbuilt card, not sure if its good enough for xbmc on ubuntu/openelec/xbmc on linx. i am currently using xbmc on windows 7, but want to move to a dedicated htpc just for xbmc. please guide.
also, will it bitstream hd audio?
Currently absolutely not: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=88012

With old kernel perhaps - with the known limitations (upscaling, deinterlacing)
