how do I resolve this issue ? I've tried using the video calibrater but it hasn't yielded any results
Have you tried changing the zoom level while the video is playing? If you decrease the zoom level, does more of the video appear, or is it still cut off, but just not filling the full size of the screen?
none of that has worked for me, the image as well as some of the text continues to be cut off
There is another thread with a temporary solution. Change the video output resolution from 1080 to 720.
I just tried it and it does in fact works.

Hi I seem to have the same problem but it wont let me change the resolution settings in the video output. how did you do it?

Go it....change the resolution settings with app settingsmbox.....all the android box have this app.
