I upgraded to Kodi yesterday , when I try to play a movie, there is sound but no picture , the screen is blank / grey.

how do I fix this issue?

I have an N2 android box, I upgraded to Kodi , I added fusion and reloaded all the addons, I search a movie, the internal media player starts up, I get sound but my tv screen is Blank/ Grey, do I have to do something to reinstall internal player? I'm new at all this

If you go into settings.apps.force stop. That should work, it did for me.

I have a mbox Android tv ? box with kodi 15.1 on it but if I watch a film the media player lags and stutters in 1080p and 720p it seems to work in 480p, when i try an external drive it stutters and lags and i know my films on my extrenal drive are fine, so it must be the internal media player can i change or download different media players or is it a settings problem? Am a vigin tae all this kodi stuff but a want it working.
