Hi, is there an android remote that has a stop button. I've seen a couple with play/pause but thats it.

Probably, but you can just map "back" to "stop" when you are in fullscreen video. Just use the Keymap editor add-on.

Thanks, i wasnt aware of the addon. I'm having an issue with it however. I can set the key and it shows the number assigned but when i click save it removes any keymapping i have done.
