I have been trying to get Kodi to scrape the episodes of BSG and Babylon 5 for a long time with no success. I use the S01EXX type pattern (although I've tried them all) and still it gets the first episode for a season correct, but then names all subsequent episodes the same as the first one. e.g.. all BSG season one episodes are named "33". Driving me crazy. Also, neither of the BSG miniseries will scrap, even if put in a Season 0 folder. I have used the names and episode data from the TVDB as the basis for all naming conventions
