I have both an AFTV and Stick. TV is coming in over UHF to NextPVR. SD channels and HD channels at 720 work fine. But channels at 1080 are regularly skipping frames. I have tried Kodi 14.0, 14.1, SPMC 13.4,14.1, Tried changing backends (WMC, Argus TV, NextPVR), and tried adjusting the hardware decoding with both options, one or neither. Both devices are running on my 5Ghz wifi network. The fire tv box is doing audio-passthrough, which it seems takes a bit more processing power.
I am thinking that someone else must have tackled this issue with live tv and the amazon devices. Any suggestions as I am about to pull my hair out?
