Hi,

I've just built a new HTPC using Windows 7 x64 with Kodi. The system is a Core2Quad with 8GB of RAM and an NVIDIA GTX620 GPU.

I'm having real problems with video playback, everytime I start a video the frame rate is stuttering constantly. I've set the refresh settings to lock at the start of each video but this seems to be some sort of performance or software issue.

The video's play fine in VLC and other Windows applications.

Unless your playing super high bit rate 4K HEVC, heck even with that your hardware has more than enough headroom.
Screenshot of your playback settings
Play options settings (play a video and got to menu and video options) and Video output settings please.

Thanks, I'll get a screenshot. Yeah it seems weird, I think it might be something to do with refresh rate as it's an LED panel.

Will come back with that over the weekend.
