I spent 8 hours only trying to solve it

Apparently the DirectSound module has a bug with MP3 in 11025Hz on Kodi & XBMC that makes it not have sound on the Direct Sound module, but working with sound with WASAPI.

Quick test: Open any MP3 file with 11025Hz and it will not have sound, but it's playing.

This can be resolved? When it has started?

OBS: Log using DirectSound on Kodi 15 alpha(bug applies to 14 and 13 too)
