Are you sure you downloaded the Windows build?

Can you install 14.x?

Windows version?

Those look like linux/ubuntu errors to me...

However, the 15.0 looks suspicious. Please give us OS version, how you're installing, what version of Kodi you're installing, and inside leg measurement.

Which operating system are you trying to install it on?
