After installing Kodi I have som audio issues. I run my HTPC throug my pioneer sclx87 receiver and on xbmc i got fex: DTS-HD in the display of my receiver, now i only get PCM.
I also have to change between the wasapi sclx87 option and the direct sound sclx87 option to get audio on 2 channel films/series. To get surround i have to choose the other one again.

What do i have to do to get this right and also to make the display say DTS HD again?

and i also miss the part under the sound setup where i can choose if the receiver supports hd sound etc.
This is really annoying. With the old xbmc i never had any problems with this. Hope someone knows what to odo

1. Make sure Settings level is set to "Advanced" see Settings (wiki)
2. Make sure WASAPI is set as "Passthrough Audio Device" see Audio_quickstart_guide (wiki)

U just beat me, I was about top say: never mind, user error...

I didnt see the user level button right away..

Now everything is like it was!!
