Is there a way to force Kodi to decode the lossless DTS-HD track to LPCM rather than the regular DTS core?
I ask because I'm using an older receiver that supports LPCM over HDMI but not bitstreamed lossless audio. If I play a file with TrueHD audio it'll be happily decoded and I'll get 5.1/7.1 LPCM. A DTS-HD track in the same situation, however, will either bitstream the lossy core DTS track or, if I disable DTS output ("DTS capable receiver"), it'll decode the core and output that; I know it's not decoding the HD track because a 7.1 DTS-HD track will only output 5.1 to my receiver.
I'd like to somehow force Kodi to ignore the lossy DTS core, in other words. Is this possible?
