Hi all, I'm having a problem with my smb sharing. I tried changing all my external HDD's to an extra laptop I had lying around which didn't work out so I moved them back to my old computer. After moving them back one of the hard drives will connect but is coming up with a lock preferences screen and asking for a username and password. I have turned off the needing a password setting in the homegroup settings and have another hard drive working fine which didn't ask for it.
If anybody has any suggestions of why this would be happening that would be great.
