I have some hope this is already possible, but for me it's not working anyway here's one great idea.
You tune into a channel, Argus TV will create a stream in your TimeShift directory, this is what Kodi picks up and plays.
Now you get a second device, e.g. an iPad, start Kodi and choose the same channel from the guide/channel list.
For me this is where it stops, Kodi is not playing the channel on my second device.
With some minor changes it should be possible for the PVR backend to detect that another device wants to tune to the same channel that is already being buffered.
At that time the PVR backend should send Kodi the same buffer to start playing without using a second tuner.
