Hi
i have a problam with my kodi,
while live tv is running smooth - movies (streamed from my pc and from the device) have a lot of "jumps".
(im using tronsmart streamer)

what to do?

Are you wireless?
Is your device up to playing the files? Maybe it won't play full HD
Your internet connection might be rubbish!
All sorts of reasons turn on debug and look what that says google debug kodi if you don't know

Im wireless but i have a good internet quality.
there is no defrece between 1080, hd or sd.

what id DEBUG?
what should i do?

(im new in kodi....)
