So im not sure if Im on the right site, or if what i want to do is supported by these forums as i seen the fusion is a banned topic, and imagine all the other repos are too. I want to do this right, but also going to use whatever works to accomplish my goals as well. Im not new to programming, i have a few yrs under my belt, my issue is i haven't worked with python all that much, and my understand of its ability are very limited. So im looking for a few ppl that have at least tried an ran into a few similar problems. My skills are PHP, SQL, HTML, CSS, and minor edits with java. Id like to integrate my xbmc with a online server, for backups/recovery, security, storage ect, is this possible with using ftp, or making an app with the get url comand?
