then choose either disable or uninstall.

I've already tried uninstalling Advanced Launcher multiple times. I'll have to delete it twice to get it off xbmc, restart xbmc and then it's back again.
did you try disabling it?

you could try removing from /userdata/addons and then /userdata/packages manually.
