So I was messing around with files that have multiple episodes in a single file and was wondering if there is anyway to automatically set up bookmarks like the Kodi wiki says I should here. Is there a way to do it with a nfo file (assuming I can leave the rest up to the scrapper)? It really comes down to when someone is running multiple Kodi systems it would make it easier than having to go to everyone of them and set up the bookmarks.

Just curious, thanks.
I believe doing an export / import as here:
http://kodi.wiki/view/HOW-TO:Backup_the_video_library
will do that. It certainly exports <epbookmark> so I'm assuming it works.

I guess that would work though it would not be ideal since you may not want to carry everything over and on top of that you have to do it every time you add content like that. I would imagine NFO files or something like them would be an easier solution, something like <episode> <start_time> would work where every episode's start time would be listed.
