I did a firmware update with the SD card and now it's stuck on star stream loading screen...can someone please explain to me how to fix my gbox? Thanks

Reflash it with more reliable firmware? There's some good ones on http://freaktab.com that cut out a lot of the bloat and buggieness (sometimes..).
