Thanks. I would wait until a major release instead of creating installers for nightlies. Most people will be waiting for v16.0 stable.

As of now, the following PVR Addons do not support external players:

Those addons can only work with Kodi internal DVDPlayer.

Hi,

I am new to Kodi DSPlayer and it is working perfectly. However I use DVBLink PVR addon which is not supported as stated above. How can I configure DSPlayer so it will use DVDPlayer when using the DVBLink addon?

I got no clue, but I also ran into some problems with debugging after that.

They were resolved by installing the Graphic Tools.

Windows Key + I then System then Apps & Features. Click on manage optional features then Add feature and look for Graphic Tools.
Just try it, maybe it works?

My issue was related to drivers.

I was prompted by Nvidia to update my drivers before the Windows update. This broke something, so I rolled back to the previous driver. Unfortunately, the November update will only work with the new driver. At least, that is the case with madVR.

madVR is working for me just fine (Radeon 7750, Crimson).

I'm wondering if you could help me with some "problem" that I have with Kodi DirectShow Player and not with the last normal release from Kodi.

I try the following releases with the same problem:

DSPlayer 15.2 Isengard DX11 - build (20151019-f273f06)
DSPlayer 15.2 RC3 Isengard DX11 - build (20151004-d0191b0)
DSPlayer 15.1 Isengard DX11 - build (20150826-66c524b)

When I open the kodi everything works fine ( I need to tune madVR too ) but with a clean instalation (CCleaner and revo uninstaller before) when I play a video (mkv or mp4 SD 720p or 1080p) the mouse become unestable and if I direct it to under the monitor not appears the timeline and another icons and information so I can't controll Kodi.

This error only appears when I use kodi on my 2nd monitor (Samsung 4k 55'') but on my #1 monitor and windowed options all works as expected.

Anyone could help me with this ?

So far no problem with dsplayer and MPC BE running in GTX 960

I haven't had an issue with the latest Kodi DS build w/ the latest win10 build and a GTX 960 either. Knock on wood.

I don't know my protocols for live TV very well. You want to visit DSPlayer -> DVDPlayer merits.

Under Protocols add:

daap|rtv|rtmp|rtmpe|mms|rtp|rtsp|pvr

I left out http|https. Add those protocols, too, if it is still not working.

Save and exit.

Don't know about dual-monitor set-ups. Try setting madVR to windowed mode rather than fullscreen exclusive mode, or vise versa. Checking windowed overlay in the madVR control panel might also help.
