Hello,
First, I want to apologize for my english, I'm french and it's well known that we don't speak english right!
I've a problem with IPTV Simple Client and/or Kodi TV functionnality.
When I watch a channel, everything is working well except if I'm in the channels list or Kodi menu. I have to stay watching the channel in fullscreen mode to be able to watch it without make my tv blinking.
Everything is working well if I watch channels from Videos->Upnp.
Is anyone facing the same issue or can help me?

Could you post a debug log (wiki)

Thank you for your answer, here my debug log. I hope it's the good one, taken from ".kodi/temp/kodi.log" few seconds after having flashes.

I found the solution, I put my video frequence to 50hz (it was on 60hz). No flashes anymore.
