Hi all,
I seem to have some issue playing 1080P videos with high bitrate (for example bluray ISO or REMUX) transferred over SMB protocol, the player simply drop frames/sound every 10-20 seconds which is quite annoying.
The native player comes with the TV box plays all those file without any problem over SMB, and if I streaming them by HTTP in KODI (I use Emby as backend server), the issue is also much less significant.
For encoded 1080P videos, I haven't noticed any problem with SMB, and I'm running Android 4.2 and Kodi 14.2.
Anyone experience similar issues?
