I have a problem with kodi. When I play high bitrate video kodi jams. The same situation is on windows and android. Network 100Mb / s. In windows media player classic is well. On the video player on android's a good thing. Kodi only has a problem. I found the setting advancedsettings.xml

You want buffermode 1. Buffermode 2 will specifically ignore your local network.
