Is there a way to tweak this or a skin that lets you?

I use my android phone as a Kodi media player so having teeny tiny media playback controls is not fun.

Tried titan, amber, eminence, black glass nova and several others.

Stock skin is probably the best however I would like to enjoy the advanced features of enhanced skins.

Editing the VideoOSD.xml or similar to increase the size is an easy solution.
