Untill a few days ago I could approach all titles of Films and/or Series. Since a few days now there are just a restricted number of titles to be found. And the date and time in the upright corner of the screen are giving the date of January 1st 1970 1.00h.
What to do?
Uninstall any unofficial add ons and see if problem persists. If so, uninstall Kodi and do a fresh install without any add ons. I'm only recommending this method as I'm sure (going off what info have given) you have a banned add on or 2 installed.
It sounds like the computer that you are running KODI on has reset. The time of 00:00 01-01-1970 is zero hour.
Ignore KODI as KODI is just showing you what that computer thinks the time is.
Go into that Computer's own settings and put the date and time correct.
Now restart KODI and all should be well.
I tried a hard reset and installed Kodi aso again. And that worked.
