On xbmc, the confluence 7 icon skin allowed me to post android icons. That feature is missing from Kodi. The Hwy2015 25 icon skin would be perfect to allow the user to post android icons like Netflix and crackle.

"Confluence 7" or "Hwy2015" are not core skins.
I assume you mean those do not work on Helix anymore? Then I suggest you contact their respective authors/maintainers.

There's also an easy way to make various "fake" add-ons that will launch a specific Android app, and that can be used with normal Confluence. I don't have a link handy at the moment, though.
