Can you give-me some help ?


1º I changed from “waze” to “TomTom” and when i click, open my tomtom app very well. Now i just need change names xD (http://i.imgur.com/aVMUuuJ.png) How can i change the name ?

2º How can i put this icon (http://i.imgur.com/KkTa6LZ.png) when i click in it, show me my playlist loader from kodi to watch tv ?

3º In what lane can i change from skoda logo to my logo ? (http://i.imgur.com/FsISATW.png) here ? (IN includes.xml file) i don't want use settings - skin settings.

4º How can i put the shut down buttom like that (http://i.imgur.com/CwilLcN.png) ?

5º How can i put my FM working with Internet ?

2 - To put the icon you have to edit home.xml and change existing or add a new button but the TV part is not implemented.

3 - yes , you cand change from includes.xml or simpli replace the logo from media folder.

4 - you have to edit home.xml , copy one existing button and change onclick and icon.

5 - The radio button is setup to open di.fm app or adb fm. you can edit in the same way you edited waze button.

Yes. Where you edited what button opens what, right below it has the name or title. You can edit it there

Can you implement it ?

My idea is when i press button TV, it open my playlist (example: kitina) and show all channels.


Press TV and it show channel list.

I just wanted to increase the icon a little bit. It seems to be small in comparison to the favourite and setting button.

Okay, i got it. I am program it to open TuneIn Radio.

My mistake, i forgot i movet, in textures.xbt .
But you can change the way - from <texture>logo.png</texture> to <texture>''special://skin/media/my_logo.png"</texture> If not working - google it.

All have the same size. - Is in include.xml

This working only on raspberry pi with radio fm addon. TuneIn working as external app , you just launch from kodi.

Finally I am close to finish my project !

Hello idorel77,

I was successfully using your skin even with kodi 16 version by changing xbmc string to 5.10.0.

Few days ago i upgraded to Kodi 16.1 but i'm unable to start it again. Screen remains black and system hangs.

I tried to clean .kodi folder and it start normally with confluence skin, but everytime i try to change skin it hangs.

How can i fix the problem? Thank you.

Sorry but i can't find the problem. Since kodi 16.1 something is change on kodi for raspbian.

I don't know if this worth to spend to much time to find a solution. On kodi 17 i think the skins will change a lot.
Maybe i will start to make another skin if i have time.

Idorel, I would love to help. If love to learn more. I'm good with graphics and figuring out basic code.

Guys, I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 - GT-P7300 with Android version 4.0.4.

Do you know where I can find a version from Kodi to use in my Tablet with that skin ?


Or.. is it possible to use this skin in other aplication other than kodi?
