Not sure if anyone has seen this before...when I launch Kodi it opens up and launches File Manager each and every time.
I tried wiping the files with my backup, same issue.
Any ideas how to fix this?

One of the add-ons you have installed is calling this up. I'm unable to figure out which one from the debug log.
It doesn't seem to be that. I deleted every single one of them along with the addon data, and it's still doing it. Tried clearing cache, no luck. Deleted my temp folder also.

Just did some more digging and I'm 100% it's something in the guisettings.xml file which is causing this. Still investigating...
Haven't you just changed the "Startup Window" setting in Appearance-Theme?
That was the setting! I'm 100% I didn't change it, very weird, I never played with that setting before.
