I have post opened a ticket like the rules say and posted on Twitter and everywhere else that I want a refund for my box. Give me instructions on how to return this box please ?

We, the XBMC Foundation, do not sell boxes.
You likely bought a box from some vendor that had our (free and open source) software preinstalled.

If you want a refund, please go to your salesperson.

Where did you post your ticket by the way ?
