Hello everyone, I have an issue I pray someone can help me with. I turn on my MX2 box and it wont load past the screen that says GBOX.Tried to reset and nothing. Can anyone help please? Thank you.

Sounds like you might need to reflash/reinstall the Android OS on it for some reason. Or at least, that's what I would do if I couldn't figure out how else to get it to boot. There's a bunch of guides out there if you google around and it's actually easier than it sounds at first.
