Full Version: Disable shutdown/sleep/hibernate?

Yesterday I downloaded and installed Kodibuntu 14.0. Everything is working well except for one issue. The system is going into sleep/hibernate/shutdown mode.

This causes the TV to come up in a black screen that never wakes up. My remote does not wake the system up.

If I change the "shutdown function" option on the Power Saver page of Kodi, the action taken by the system changes. For example, If I select "standby" the system eventually goes into standby mode. Unfortunately there is no "disable" option.

Is there any way to stop Kodi from sleeping, hibernating or shutting down?
just disable the shutdown function timer.

That's the first thing I checked... Disabled.

I'm thinking it has something to do with when my TV is off as I left the system idling for more than six hours today and it never went to sleep.

I'll be sure to post anything I find out.
