Can you please add an option / checkbox / or advancesettings XML, so we can enable
-Keep Kodi always on top ONLY while media is playing.
So when kodi is playing a movie / music etc.., it would stay on top of other windows.
IF Kodi is not playing any media or the media is paused, it can lose that ALWAYS ON TOP status.[/b]
This is a much needed feature, if we are using this program in window mode while multitasking with other programs.

Some use case scenario are
- I run kodi on a desktop pc and I am lying in bed, far away from a keyboard/mouse.
I use Kore remote control to play the Kodi movie, but I find that the program is currently below some other window.
When I press play on Kore remote, Kodi would be ON TOP of all other windows
So Kodi would gain focus and be on top of all other windows.
This would prevent me from having to get out of bed and go to the keyboard/mouse to bring Kodi into focus and on top of all other windows.
