I use KODI on android to watch TvHeadEnd stream and sound is few seconds in advance then video ?
On windows or XBMC player there is no issue with this.
Anyone has solution tip?
Well, it may not be the best way to resolve the problem, but if the video delay(or audio advance, if you share a different perspective) is of fixed duration throughout, then the simplest solution might be to start a video playing and then select the speaker symbol from the On Screen Display that you get by clicking the OK button on most remotes and then selecting "Audio offset" and adjusting it to the video.
If the delay varies during the video this may not be a particularly helpful fix. If the delay is constant for all videos, then you might be able to scroll down and select "Set as default for all videos."
There may be some other setting, hardware decoder, etc, causing the problem that would be a better fix.
