I got a Tronsmart MX III. I tried to update to 15 beta 2 yesterday but did not work. Tried to download from the android store, and also used the Update app.

"an existing package by the same name with a conflicting signature is already installed"

What does this mean, and what can I do to update?

Remove the old install.
You will need to backup all your settings and then move them back
