anyone has any idea what the following means:

i dont understand why i cant playback mkv.its streaming from internet, however since xmbc 12 they been working fine, but now its no longer working.

I tested on kodi 14.2 windows , and the files are streaming fine.

if anyone has any clues please advice.

and wiki has no information about how to increase analyzeduration and probesize

Ok i believe i have found a work around to this problem. and it seems like Kodi has a bug somewhere (i believe) so how can i best report this so it get fixed. this could potentially be an important bug if this is not isolated to me only

Basically when a user stream an mkv file it does not play (log provided in the first post).
However if you playback a mp4 or mpg file first, and hereafter any mkv file will play fine no matter what size it is.
(avi file play, but will not trigger mkv to work)

But this works ONLY until the next reboot.

Remember this is "streaming" mkv files. I have not tested with local mkv files. This issue seem to be present on 15.2 ( i have not tested earlier versions of 15)

SPMC/kodi 14.2 seems to work fine.

Bug has been reported.

This has been fixed. it was a fault with the plugin and not kodi.
